Ceramic coating + paint correction

We never coat uncorrected paint. Every ceramic package starts with paint correction, so you protect a finish you actually want to keep.

Our rule

Why paint correction comes first

A ceramic coating locks in whatever is under it. If swirls, haze and light scratches are on the paint, they stay visible under the coating for as long as it lasts.

So we polish first. Correcting the paint gives the coating a clean surface to bond to, and gives you a finish worth protecting. It's also why we never sell coating alone.

What a ceramic coating does, and doesn't

What it does

  • Adds deep gloss and clarity once the paint is corrected
  • Creates a hydrophobic surface: water beads and sheets off
  • Makes washing easier: dirt, bugs and bird droppings release more easily
  • Adds UV and chemical resistance that helps protect the clear coat

What it doesn't do

  • Make paint scratch-proof or immune to swirls
  • Replace regular, gentle hand washing
  • Hide defects: that's why we correct the paint first
  • Last forever: durability depends on the product and your care

Everything you need to know

Frequently asked questions

How long does a ceramic coating last?

We don't sell years, because nobody can honestly promise them. Longevity depends on the coating, how the car is parked, washed and maintained. We'll tell you what the coating is rated for and what to realistically expect.

Why do you only offer ceramic with paint correction?

Because coating over swirled or hazy paint locks those defects in and leads to unhappy customers. Correcting first gives the coating a clean surface to bond to and gives you a finish worth protecting.

1-step or 2-step: which one do I need?

Light swirls and haze usually only need 1 step. Moderate swirls, scratches and oxidation call for 2 steps. We inspect the paint before we start and tell you which one fits.

Can the paint be corrected 100%?

Not always. Deep scratches that go through the clear coat can't be polished out. We'll show you what's realistic during the inspection, before any work starts.

How do I take care of the coating?

Wash gently by hand every 1–2 weeks with a pH-neutral soap, avoid automatic brush washes and let the coating cure as instructed. Elite includes a first maintenance wash, and our maintenance plan keeps it going.
