1. Services and pricing

Prices shown on this site depend on vehicle size and are starting points. We confirm your final price before work begins. The price can change only for extreme conditions, such as heavy pet hair, severe paint damage or extreme soiling, and we tell you before we start. You can decline the change.

2. Booking, rescheduling and cancellation

A booking request is not confirmed until we confirm the date and time with you. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. The deposit is non-refundable: if you cancel, you lose the deposit. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, we move your deposit to the new date at no charge. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or no one is available when we arrive, the deposit may be kept. If we have to reschedule (for example, because of weather), your deposit moves to the new date.

3. Where we work

We bring our own water and power. You provide a safe, accessible place to park. If you live in an apartment complex or HOA, you are responsible for checking whether on-site vehicle services are allowed. We may reschedule for rain, lightning or unsafe conditions.

4. Your vehicle

Please remove valuables and personal items before we arrive. We note existing damage before we start. Paint correction results depend on the paint's thickness and condition. Deep scratches that go through the clear coat cannot be polished out, and we will tell you what is realistic during the inspection.

5. Ceramic coatings

We do not guarantee how long a ceramic coating will last. Longevity depends on the coating, how the vehicle is parked, washed and maintained. Follow the care guide we give you. Results vary.

6. Payment

A deposit is required for every job to hold your date: 20% of the confirmed price, with a minimum of $50 (maintenance plan visits: 20%, no minimum). The deposit never exceeds the total price. We send a secure payment link after we confirm your date and final price. The deposit counts toward your total and is non-refundable (see section 2). The remaining balance is due when the service is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Please tell us about any concern before we leave so we can fix it.

8. Website use

Content on this site belongs to Shine Cartel Auto Detailing. Do not copy or reuse it without permission. We may update the site and these terms at any time.

9. Text message (SMS) program terms

Program: Shine Cartel Auto Detailing booking text updates. By checking the consent box on our booking or contact form and giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Shine Cartel Auto Detailing about your booking: confirmations, reminders, arrival ("on our way") updates and service follow-up. We do not send marketing or promotional texts unless you separately agree to them.

Message frequency varies by booking. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Carriers and Shine Cartel Auto Detailing are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers: major U.S. carriers.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
